BIOGRAPHY
Tod, the heart
and soul of Stertz Family Homes, owes much gratitude to his father for
the endless knowledge and hands-on experience in the construction
business. It wasn’t till
the mid 90’s that Tod ventured out on his own to help create a very
successful patio and deck building company.
Although he still had a place in his heart for building the
ultimate deck, he had a serious passion for high quality, custom homes,
where the difference….was in the details.
So, in 2001, Stertz Family Homes was created. Shelly, Tod's
wife and exclusive listing agent, has been in the realty business for a
number of years and has hands on experience when it comes to new home
construction and remodeling. When
things get busy, she is the first one to call for help with everything
from hanging cabinets and setting tile to final cleaning. Cody and Nathen
are the two youngest Stertz’s and the true heartbeat of the Stertz
Family. Even they get into
the mix when things get busy. You can be assured that when you build with Stertz Family Homes, it truly is, from our family to yours. Tod , Shelly,
